Please read this agreement carefully before using this service. By using InvoicePulse, you agree to be bound by these terms.
InvoicePulse provides an online invoice generation and management service. This agreement governs your access to and use of the service at invoicepulse.com.
All data and content you upload remains your property. You grant InvoicePulse the right to use your data solely to provide and improve the service.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.
You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose, to send unsolicited marketing, or to store or transmit infringing or harmful content.
Subscription fees are billed in advance via PayPal on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel at any time through your PayPal account. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Free trial terms are specified at signup. Upon trial expiration, your account will be converted to a paid subscription unless cancelled.
INVOICEPULSE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
InvoicePulse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 6 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 14 days' written notice for material breach. We may suspend your account for non-payment after 15 days past due. Your data will be retained for 90 days after termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.
This agreement is governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where InvoicePulse is established.
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or a notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
